Where PQZ processes personal data for you, the data processing agreement applies as part of the terms of service. You are the controller; PQZ is the processor.
Providers that process data
PQZ uses providers for parts of the service, including AI model providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) for image generation, a payment provider for billing, and the social platforms and Meta ad accounts you connect. Email [email protected] for the current list with purposes and locations.

Publishing through PQZ uses each platform's official APIs. Your content must follow each platform's own rules as well as our acceptable use policy.
