Who we are
PQZ.ai provides pqz.ai and the PQZ app. For personal data in your account we are the controller. For personal data in content you process with PQZ, you are the controller and we are the processor under the DPA.
Data we collect
- Account and team data: names, emails, roles, sign-in method.
- Content: Brand Kit, posts, media, messages and reports in your workspace.
- Connected account data shared by platforms you connect.
- Billing data, processed by our payment provider.
- Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, bill you, support you, and improve PQZ. We rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, and your consent where required.
AI and your data
Your content, photos and Brand Kit are not used to train AI models. Content is sent to AI model providers only to produce the output you asked for.
Sharing
With the platforms you connect, with providers that run parts of the service, and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it after you close your account, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We will post updates here and tell account owners about material changes.
