Your account
You must give accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions by people you invite.
Plans, trials and billing
Plans are Pro ($79) and Agency ($199), each a one-time payment in US dollars that gives lifetime access to that plan, including future updates. Trials last 7 days and need no card. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. AI features run on your own API keys, billed by your provider; PQZ credits are optional and sold separately.
Your content
You own the content you upload and create in PQZ. You give PQZ permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to the content and brand assets you use. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI output and approval
PQZ helps you draft and create content, but you decide what is published. Review content before you approve it. PQZ only publishes according to the approval rules set in your workspace.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social channel or ad account, you also agree to that platform's terms. PQZ is not responsible for changes platforms make to their services.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PQZ available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will tell you about changes that materially affect your plan.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PQZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using PQZ at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can export your content before closing your account.
