After the free trial

Your trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. To keep publishing, buy Pro or Agency in Settings › Billing. If it isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying. Your Brand Kit, drafts and connected accounts stay as they are.

Move to Agency

Open Settings › Billing.
On Pro, choose Agency and pay the $120 difference.
Confirm. The change applies to your workspace.

AI credits

Lifetime plans include no monthly credits, because AI runs on your own API key. If you’d rather not manage a key, buy a credit pack in Settings › Billing. Settings › Usage shows what you’ve spent.

Use your own AI keys

In Settings › AI providers, switch Who pays for AI to My own API keys. Add a key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI Studio, fal.ai or ElevenLabs, then pick a model for Writing, Images, Video and Voice. Your provider bills that usage directly, and PQZ adds no markup.

For writing only, Add custom provider connects any API that follows OpenAI's format, such as Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, Together AI or a model on your own server. You need its base URL, an API key and a model name. Your server must have a public HTTPS address, because PQZ can't reach localhost.

Under If a key fails or runs out, choose Pause and tell me, or Use PQZ credits so new generations keep going on your credits.

Invoices are listed in Settings › Billing. Download any of them from there.

Which currency do you charge in?

US dollars.

Who can change the plan?

People with billing permission, usually the workspace owner.

Do I pay PQZ for AI if I use my own keys?

No. With My own API keys on, your provider bills AI usage to your account. Credits are only spent if you choose Use PQZ credits as the fallback.

Can I use a model PQZ doesn't list?

For writing, yes: add it as a custom provider if its API follows OpenAI's format. Images, video and voice work with the listed providers only.
