Roles, invitations and two-factor authentication

Invite your team, give each person the right role and protect every account with two-factor authentication.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Settings › Team.
  2. Choose Invite and enter their email address.
  3. Pick a role and send. The invitation appears under pending invites until it is accepted.

Roles

  • Owner: billing, integrations, roles and all settings.
  • Approver: can sign off content.
  • Editor: can draft and edit, but not publish unapproved posts.
  • Viewer: can see the calendar and results.

Agency adds custom roles in Settings › Roles, with a matrix of what each role can do.

Turn on two-factor authentication

  1. Open Settings › Security.
  2. Choose two-factor authentication and scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
  3. Enter the code to confirm, and save your recovery codes somewhere safe.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

On the sign-in page, choose Google or Microsoft to sign in with your work account. You can also use a magic link sent by email.
